Is your mille crepe gluten-free?

No, our mille crepes are not gluten-free. The authentic French recipe relies on Premium French Flour, which contains wheat (gluten). This is essential for achieving the paper-thin strength and soft, tender texture that allows our cakes to hold their many layers without breaking.

Dietary Note: While we celebrate the artisanal quality of our wheat-based crepes, those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities should avoid our current range.

Do your cakes contain preservatives?

No. At Quarter & Co, we believe in the purity of flavor. We do not add any artificial preservatives to our cakes. Because we use fresh ingredients like farm-fresh eggs and whole milk, we recommend following our Storage Instructions and enjoying your cake within 3 days for the best "First Love" experience.

Is it suitable for vegetarians?

Yes. Our mille crepes are suitable for vegetarians who consume dairy and eggs (Lacto-Ovo vegetarians). We do not use any gelatin or meat-based rennet in our signature pastry creams.

Is it suitable for a Halal diet?

While we are not currently a Halal-certified patisserie, our ingredients are carefully selected for their purity. We use:

• No alcohol or rum in our batters or creams.

• No pork-based gelatin or lard.

• Plant-based stabilizers in our creams where applicable. As we use cultured butter and premium extracts, we invite our Muslim friends to dine with us based on these ingredient standards.

Due to the delicate nature and food safety requirements of First Love Patisserie mille crepes, all cake sales are final.

• Returns: We strictly do not accept returns of food items for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Cancellations & Changes: Any cancellations or changes to your order must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup. As our products are prepared for immediate enjoyment, any cancellations made within the 48-hour window will not be eligible for a refund.

• Requirement: Please provide clear photographs of the product, the packaging, and your order number.
